Return Policy
Ellavate Electric Wagon
The Ellavate Electric Wagon may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- A $199 restocking and handling fee will be applied to all returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be returned in good condition, with all original components and packaging
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to additional fees or may not be eligible for return
Please note:
- Refunds will be issued once the product has been received and inspected
Accessories
Accessories (non-wagon products) may be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in their original packaging, less the return shipping fee.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, including express shipping, are non-refundable.
Return Authorization
Before returning an item, customers must obtain written approval and a Return Authorization (RA) number from Ellavate Customer Success through the contact form below.
Returns sent without an approved RA number may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Approved returns must be shipped using the return shipping label provided by Ellavate Customer Success. Returns sent to unauthorized addresses or without the provided label may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Retail Purchases
Products purchased through authorized Ellavate retailers are subject to the retailer’s return policy and must be returned directly to the original retailer. Ellavate cannot process returns for items purchased through third-party sellers.
Gift Returns
Items received as a gift and returned will be refunded to the original purchaser’s payment method or issued as store credit.
