Overview
Ellavate’s electric system features two rear motors with forward and reverse power. Choose from three power modes or go manual—no assist needed. Control everything from the handlebar, and for safety, the motors only engage when at least one hand is on the sensors.

Has the wagon's electric system been tested for safety and durability in sand, dirt, and dusty environments?
Yes. The Ellavate Electric Wagon was designed for outdoor family adventures and has undergone extensive testing in a variety of real-world environments, including dirt paths, grass, gravel, parks, beaches, and other outdoor terrain.
The electrical system, including the motors, battery, and control electronics, incorporates environmental protections intended to help withstand exposure to dust, dirt, and water encountered during normal operation. The product also underwent environmental and durability testing as part of its safety and compliance program.
Additionally, the battery system is designed in accordance with applicable battery safety standards, including UL 2271, which addresses the safety of rechargeable battery systems used in light electric vehicles and similar mobility products.
Like any outdoor mobility product, regular inspection and maintenance are recommended, particularly after use in sandy, dusty, muddy, or wet environments. Excessive accumulation of sand, dirt, or debris should be removed periodically to help maintain optimal performance and longevity.
While Ellavate is designed to operate in a wide range of outdoor conditions and incorporates an IP55-rated electrical system, it is not intended for submersion in water or operation in conditions beyond those described in the user manual.
Is the Ellavate Wagon suitable for travel?
Yes! The batteries used in Ellavate Wagons are certified for travel and fully comply with safety standards (lithium-ion 36v). However, it's important to note that for air travel, these batteries must be removed and carried with you if you gate-check the wagon. Regulations prohibit batteries of this type from being stored in the aircraft's under compartment. How long do Ellavate Wagon's batteries last? How do they charge?
With a full charge, the battery can run up to 8 miles continuously. The battery's expected useful life is 5 years. The wagon's batteries can be charged through an in-wagon charger for a direct outlet connection.
Is the wagon safe to get wet and use in the rain?
Yes! The stroller wagon is designed to be hosed off with a low pressure hose. Do not submerge the stroller wagon or use power washers to clean. Additionally, the fabric can be removed and machine washed.
What products does our car seat adapter support?
Nuna PIPA, Maxi-Cosi Mico, Cybex, Britax Willow and Cypress.
Are Ellavate's attachments machine washable?
Yes! You can spot clean or hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. DO NOT bleach.
