Ellavate Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By applying to or participating in the Ellavate Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

  1. To join the Program, you must submit an application through our official sign-up form. Ellavate reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant at our sole discretion.

  2. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate.

2. Qualified Purchases & Offers

  • Referee Offer: Your unique referral link or discount code provides referred customers ("Referees") with $100 off their purchase of an Ellavate Electric Wagon on ellavatewagon.com. This offer applies exclusively to wagon purchases and cannot be applied to accessories, shipping, or taxes.

  • Affiliate Commission: You will earn a $200 cash commission for every qualified purchase of an Ellavate Electric Wagon made using your active referral link or discount code.

  • Qualified Purchase Definition: A purchase is considered qualified only when:

    1. The Referee completes a checkout on ellavatewagon.com using your valid referral link or code.

    2. The purchase includes an Ellavate Electric Wagon.

    3. The order is processed, paid in full, and successfully shipped.

    4. The order is not cancelled, returned, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent within the return window.

3. Self-Referrals & Discount Abuses

  • No Self-Referrals: You are strictly prohibited from using your own affiliate link or discount code to purchase an Ellavate Electric Wagon for personal use. Self-referrals will not generate commissions and may result in immediate termination from the Program.

  • Coupon Aggregator Sites: You may not upload, publish, or share your custom discount code or link on public deal, coupon, or discount aggregator websites (e.g., RetailMeNot, Honey, CouponCabin).

4. Promotion & Marketing Guidelines

  • Paid Search / PPC Prohibitions: You are not permitted to bid on trademarked keywords (e.g., "Ellavate", "Ellavate Wagon", "Ellavate Electric Wagon") on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other pay-per-click search engines.

  • FTC Compliance & Disclosures: You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Ellavate on all promotional posts, videos, or website content. Disclosures must comply with FTC guidelines and include clear indicators such as #ad, #sponsored, #ellavatepartner, or #paidlink.

  • Brand Representation: You may not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the Ellavate Electric Wagon. You must accurately reflect the product features and pricing.

5. Payouts & Hold Periods

  • Payout Schedule: Commissions are tracked via our affiliate platform (Social Snowball).

  • Holding Period: Commissions will be held for 30 days following the delivery date of the customer's wagon to account for order processing, cancellations, or returns.

  • Payment Method: Commissions are paid in USD via the payment method connected to your affiliate portal. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate.

6. Content License & Usage Rights

By tagging @ellavate_wagon or sharing content containing your affiliate code/link, you grant Ellavate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, reshare, or use your user-generated content (UGC) across Ellavate’s marketing channels (including social media, email, and website).

7. Termination

Ellavate reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program and forfeit any pending or unpaid commissions immediately if:

  1. You breach any provision of this Agreement.

  2. You engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical marketing tactics.

  3. Ellavate elects to terminate or pause the Affiliate Program for any reason upon written notice.

8. Limitation of Liability & Contact

Ellavate makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Program or website availability. In no event shall Ellavate be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
